Geothermal Systems for Homes Out of Town

We work with architects, builders and homeowners across many parts of southern Ontario who are building new residences on land that may not have access to “city” water and sewer service or have a gas utility pipeline available to them near their property.

Often these homes are built on large parcels of land that offer a great opportunity to use renewable energy in the design. It is our belief that renewable energy systems should be given full consideration for all new rural construction projects. Often many important roles in the functioning of these new residences can be met using renewable energy.

One of many questions that should be asked is – how to design and build your new county home, farm house or recreational property and create a comfortably heated and cooled home with the smallest environmental impact possible?

And what if by doing so you could also reduce your annual heating and cooling costs significantly? Propane has been the historical fuel choice in areas where a natural gas distribution pipeline is not available. Propane may be available for the foreseeable future but its use is expensive both economically and environmentally.
